The problem is that pretty much every diet I have ever seen was a hassle to follow so if you take that attitude then you&#8217;ll never lose weight! You need a board next, so grab some cardboard or some wood, and then start to arrange them nicely on it and stick them down, with all the positive imagery on one side and all the negative imagery on another, with a line through the negative side to show you want to avoid those images. </p>
